2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Please see our refunds page for details on cancellations.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Pets are allowed only in designated accommodation with prior approval.
5. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Unauthorised use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
