Everything you need to know about staying with children

Yes! We provide a travel cot with sheets, a high chair with padding and food tray, and a baby gate for the stairs.

The cottage sleeps 6 guests comfortably: two king-size bedrooms and one twin room. The twin room beds are smaller and best suited for children. A travel cot is also available for babies.

The garden has a fenced patio area and tiered lawn. However, some outdoor areas have steep steps, so adult supervision is recommended. There's also a community playground nearby for alternative outdoor fun.

We have board games, books, a Smart TV with Netflix, Swingball for outdoor play, and a boules set. Perfect for rainy days and family game nights!

Yes! Hay-on-Wye town centre is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The route is suitable for families with pushchairs and young children. Guests say: "Nice distance stroll into the village."
