Before You Book

The Hay Holiday Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably across 3 bedrooms. We have a master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, and a twin room with 2 single beds. A travel cot is available for infants on request.

Booking & Policies

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We use a self-check-in lockbox system which makes arrival quick and easy. If you need early check-in, please ask - we're often able to accommodate this when possible.

We use a simple self-check-in lockbox system. Before your arrival, we'll send you detailed instructions including a labeled photo showing the house and where to park. Yes! We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 days or more. This discount is automatically applied when you book.

While our terms don't require us to offer refunds, we understand that plans change. If you notify us with ample time before your stay, we'll do our best to help you transfer your booking to different dates or offer a refund. We've been flexible with guests facing illness or emergencies.
